TRAILER PARKING IS AVAILABLE FOR OUR GUESTS FREE OF CHARGE. WE HAVE SPACE AVAILABLE TO PARK YOUR TRUCK AND TRAILER ON THE PROPERTY. ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS UNLOAD YOUR TOYS AND START HAVING FUN!
WE DO ASK THAT YOU MAKE A NOTE IN YOUR ONLINE RESERVATION IF YOU WILL BE BRINGING ONE, AND LET US KNOW THE SIZE. THAT WAY, WE MAKE SURE EVERYONE HAS THE NEEDED SPACE.
pet policy
WE ARE A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY, AND WELCOME YOU TO BRING YOUR FRIEND ALONG. HOWEVER, WE ASK THAT THEY BE NOT LEFT UNATTENDED IN YOUR ROOM. IF YOU HEAD OUT FOR A BIT AND NEED TO LEAVE THEM IN THE ROOM, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A KENNEL TO KEEP THEM IN!
WE ONLY CHARGE A ONE TIME CLEANING FEE OF $45 PER PET, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE PET, YOU WILL NEED TO BE PRE-APPROVED BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY! PLEASE CALL US TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!

WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION ONLINE, WE ASK FOR A 25% DEPOSIT ON THE BOOKING. THAT DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO THE ROOM CHARGE AT THE TIME OF YOUR CHECK-IN.
WE DO NOT KEEP CREDIT CARDS ON FILE, SO YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PAY FOR THE REMAINING CHARGE WITH THE SAME CARD, DIFFERENT CARD, OR CASH AT THE TIME OF CHECK-IN
PLEASE NOTE!
There are NO refunds available for cancellations. If you reschedule your stay for a different time in the same season (2024), then we will apply your deposit to the new dates! The deposit made on your reservation will be forfeited if you cancel the reservation. Please keep that in mind when reserving your rooms!
