Hinsdale County boasts '5' 14ers (14,000 ft. peaks).   Climb one, climb them all.   A hot shower, a great meal, and a comfy bed will be waiting for you here.

Large Historical District

Lake City has a very large historical district, where you can wander the roads and get lost in time.   Lake City's unique history has been the best preservative for an amazing array of buildings and monuments to explore.

Over 70 miles of offroad trails that wind through the peaks and valleys between Lake City, Silverton, Ouray and Telluride.   Bring your 4x4 or OHV, leave your trailer at the lodge, and hit the entrance less than a mile away.   Adventure awaits!
